How to return an item

Send an email to wicketshop@wicket.fr stating your order number and the item concerned.

We guide you
We register your return and tell you how to send your parcel back.

Send the item back
You have 14 working days from delivery to let us know about your return, then 14 days to send the item back to us. Return costs are at your expense.

Exchange or refund
On receipt of your parcel, we proceed with the exchange or the refund, as you prefer.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your parcel has not left: write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr.
My item is faulty or does not match my order.
All our items are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery, and by the guarantee against hidden defects. Write to us at wicketshop@wicket.fr: we repair, replace or refund the item, and return costs are borne by us. Full details are in our general terms of sale.
